Swvl for Business (TASS)
Transportation-as-a-Service for enterprises, launched mid-pandemic. 100+ clients, ~115% net dollar retention.
SoonFirst designer at Swvl, where I shipped a redesign that’s still in the deck that took Swvl to Nasdaq. Consumer craft, B2B SaaS, and the engineering to build it: React, Next.js, shipped to production.
92% of successful bookings ran through a workaround, not search. I rebuilt the flow around where people were actually going. In testing, the redesigned flow averaged 29 seconds against 1:20 for the old one.

SoonFirst designer to a team of ten across Cairo and Dubai. Process, ladder, hiring bar, tools.
SoonPrivacy-first chat: one number, separate profiles for public, friends, family, work.

More recently I went deep on engineering, CS50, production work in Next.js and React, because a designer who can build is a sharper designer.
